Welcome to K9 Nation Training Center. These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your use of our website and any services provided by K9 Nation Training Center, including dog training services, consultations, and any other offerings. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these T&C. Please read them carefully.

ELIGIBILTY

Our website and services are intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. By using our website, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

SERVICES PROVIDED

K9 Nation Training Center offers a variety of dog training services, including but not limited to private lessons, board and train programs, behavior modification, and service dog training. The scope, fees, and terms of each service will be outlined in individual service agreements.

PAYMENTS

All payments for services must be made in accordance with the payment terms outlined in the service agreement. We accept various payment methods, and payment must be made in full before services are rendered, unless otherwise specified. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of services.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Cancellations must be made within the time frame specified in the service agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms outlined in the agreement. K9 Nation Training Center reserves the right to cancel or modify services at any time.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, and logos, is the intellectual property of K9 Nation Training Center and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our website without our express written permission.

WARRANTY & DISCLAIMER

K9 Nation Training Center provides services on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the effectiveness of the training or the suitability of the services for your specific needs. We do not guarantee that the training provided will resolve all behavioral issues.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

Having said that, Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) are a set of legally binding terms defined by you, as the owner of this website. The T&C set forth the legal boundaries governing the activities of the website visitors, or your customers, while they visit or engage with this website. The T&C are meant to establish the legal relationship between the site visitors and you as the website owner.
